Common Questions

How can I schedule appointments?

To schedule an appointment at The Cub Club, you can email us, and we will send you a link to our online scheduling.

What age groups do you serve?

We provide speech and language therapy services for children ages 1 to 10. Our therapies are tailored to the individual needs of each child, ensuring they receive the most effective support in their development.

What services are offered here?

The Cub Club offers a range of services including evaluation and assessment, individual therapy sessions, and group therapy options. We aim to support various speech and language challenges to help children communicate effectively.

Do you accept insurance?

The Cub Club is currently not in-network with any insurance providers; we do not bill insurance directly.

Private therapy offers many advantages, particularly the high level of personalized care your child receives—free from common insurance limitations such as session caps, and mandatory diagnoses.  As a mobile private practice we are able to come to you (at home, school, daycare etc.) to save you time.

We'd be happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring any relevant medical records, any previous therapy reports, and a list of any specific concerns or goals you would like to discuss with our speech language pathologist.

How can I support my child at home?

Our team will provide you with strategies and tips to incorporate speech and language development activities into your daily routines.
